    • 5. Director - Legal Affairs

      The Director of Legal Affairs performs and manages all required legal functions including advising, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating policies procedures, bylaws, contracts, agreements, securities and regulatory compliance. The Director is also responsible for tending and contracting, acquisitions of rights, and the negotiations of licensing agreements, marketing, advertising and promotion agreements, intellectual property agreements, consulting and services agreements, employment agreements, financing agreements, and engineering procurement and construction agreements. Other duties include maintaining government and regulatory compliance, responding to all complaints made against the Arrowad, provide advice for and participates in negotiations, and represents Arrowad in legal proceedings.

      The Director of Library and Learning Resources performs work in planning, developing, and administering a complete program of library and multimedia learning services. The Director develops and implements plans for learning resource utilization, coordinates the development and enhancement of instructional technology activities, participates in the evaluation of new technology and learning resources and communicates that information to all faculty members, initiates technical assistance procedures, supervises the selection, acquisition, cataloging, classification, circulation, and maintenance of library and media materials, formulate Learning Resources Center policies and procedures.

    • 12. Network Engineer

      The Network Engineer provides support to the instructional and administrative programs by providing direct services in the installation, use, upgrade, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of campus-wide networks. The Network Engineer also designs, installs, upgrades, configures, and repairs local and wide area network hardware and infrastructure; valuates, tests, and recommends appropriate technology for use in the educational environment; installs and tests computers and related network hardware and software; carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Arrowad’s policies ; maintains network maps of all sites, and rains concerned with network troubleshooting techniques.

      Qualifications:
      A degree in computers or similar concentration. Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience. Network certification (CNE/MCSE/CISCO) preferred.

      English Language Instructor is a native English speaker.     • 19. Construction Manager

      We are looking for a qualified Construction Manager for our new campus that will be constructed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Construction Manager will be the owners' representative who is responsible for running the entire construction site. The Construction Manager's role includes:

      • Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors.
      • Knowledge of the local building codes and the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education.
      • Follow-up to issuing building permits from various local authorities.
      • Developing the program of work and strategy.
      • Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
      • Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment are adhered to.
      • Overseeing the running of several projects and awareness of materials and systems specs, deadlines, and risks associated with late delivery as well as alternative plans.
      • Using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows.

      Qualifications:

      • University degree in civil/construction engineering or relevant fields.
      • Applicants from outside KSA must be holder of Engineering degree attestable from the Saudi Cultural Attaché in their home country.
      • Forward planner with exceptional skills and the ability to present ideas and negotiate them.
      • Good problem solving skills.
      • IT skills with specially AutoCAD.
