Arrowad Training Center
Arrowad Training Center embraces a comprehensive, well-defined approach. It adopts a procedural manual for implementing training and managing and controlling the training interaction between trainers and trainees in the setting of a training hall. ATC also provides training aids and technologies. The Center indulges in realizing our clients‘ aspirations for finding a practical, attractive, and exciting training environment that allows trainees to hone their skills, develop experiences and accomplish the goals of their organizations. ATC has conducted hundreds of quality projects and training courses characterized by intense and practical training, the positive impact of which can measure on the performance of individuals and institutions.Specifications of Effective Training
Alongside its sister companies, Arrowad Training Company adopts a comprehensive training set of specifications to ensure effective and impactful training. Each specification has specific indicators in the training elements (i.e., the course, the training curriculum, the trainer, the trainee, and the training environment). ATC endeavors to offer training projects that meet these specifications. The table below lists the requirements and elements of effective and impactful training as adopted by ATC. -
Arrowad for Earnest Training
Jad specializes in developing and creating the content of training and educational textbooks and conducting specialized scientific research and studies. Jad caters for the professional development goals and career advancement in line with the Jad approach to content creation. Our approach is the brainchild of a thorough examination and study of a number of theories and international experiences relevant to training textbook development and design. It is the consolidated experiences of Arrowad Group in the areas of training, education, change and professional development. Jad undertakes its duties and services on the ground of a sequential organized methodology in order to achieve the planned outcomes and results.Jad Approach to Content Creation
Creating the training programs and curricula is founded on a number of theories and international experiences. While the spotlight is shed on making an impact, there are three major and integral pillars of the approach as illustrated below.First Pillar: Trainer-Centerd Design
The trainer is the Center of the training process, which covers his needs, work requirements, development of training courses that meet his needs, selection of the suitable activities and assessment of the impact of training on him.
Second Pillar: Impact-Making Design
The development and design of training and educational courses is an integrated process aligned with the backward design chart. That is to say, the first step is identifying and defining the desired outcomes. It focuses on the declarative and procedural knowledge, the desired outcomes, the essential ideas, the main questions, multi-stepped assessment procedures, assessment-based learning resources and evidence, tangible evidence and accordingly developing training activities. When launching the content creation process, the content creators keeps in mind the targeted outcomes and strive to answer these questions: Where are we now? How do we know we got there? How do we reach our destination? This pillar comprises three stages.
Stage 1: Identifying the desired outcomes: Start with the end line in mind.In this stage, we work on answering a number of questions directly connected and relevant to the subject area and the competencies on which the training program or curriculum is developed and based on the trainee competencies and context in which he/she will implement them.
Stage 2: Identifying the acceptable training outcomes: Show, do not tell.This stage answers the following questions:
- What is the closing performance assignment? Realistic - relevant to the competencies on which true outcomes are based – approval criteria – requiring evaluation and renewal – effectively tackles the challenges and issues!
- What are the tangible outcomes that constitute acceptable evidence that the trainees have acquired the declarative and procedural knowledge?
- How to identify the prior knowledge, by oneself and/or others?
- How would the trainee contemplate on and self-assess his/her learning?
Stage 3: Designing Training Experiences: I work. We work. You work.
When considering this saying “I work. We work. You work”, we think about the trainee; where he is now, where he should go and what he should be able to achieve. This leads us to study and examine the appropriate training activities that would be most effective in meeting the desired training outcomes including independent learning, acquiring new skills and instilling practices.
Third Pillar: Content conforming to the recent research developments
We monitor the latest research developments that can help us prepare trainees for work and life while coping up with the era. This will contribute to his/her personal, social and professional development. Therefore, content selection requires meeting these two criteria:
- Meaningful content: in relation to inclusiveness and integration between the needs of trainees and modern trends in the working environment and social needs
- Intensive: doing away with unjustified elaboration and achieving sustainable comprehension
Our Services
Arrowad subsidiaries joined efforts to offer two service packages the first of which is on creating training content while the second is on implementing the training.

We specialize in creating and developing training content based on the ATC practical approach. Jad offers the services below:

2- Implementing Training Courses
Arrowad Training Center is the training means of Arrowad Group. ATC implements training programs and projects according to a procedural manual for training management and implementation. There are four key services here.
- A. Liaison with Jad company for developing a suitable training content
- B. Nominating qualitied trainers based on quality standards
- c. Managing and implementing the training projects and providing logistic support

Supply Chain Management
As part of its strategic initiatives to establish professional alliances, Arrowad Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Supply Chain Academy in the Netherlands. The agreement with Supply Chain Academy aims at building a base for consulting and training initiatives in Supply Chain Management for both industrial and service sectors in Saudi Arabia. This agreement includes conducting the necessary training programs to professionals who are interested in obtaining the international qualification such as CSCP and CPIM.Arrowad Training
