Human Resources Development Fund

Arrowad Group conducted the following two research studies for the Human Resources Development Fund:

  • A study for measuring the level of wages in the private sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. More than 70 researchers shared their expertise in this project.
  • A study on the causes of leakage of the employees hired by the Human Resources Development Fund. A wide survey that covered all 13 administrative regions in Saudi Arabia was conducted by a team of seventy researchers.

The Human Resources Development Fund was established in 2000 by the Council of Ministers Resolution number 107 and the Royal Decree number 18M dated August 2000 as an independent administrative and financial entity. The Fund concentrates on the Saudization of jobs in the private sector. The Fund is headquartered in Riyadh with branches in all geographical regions in the Kingdom.

Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da'wah, and Guidance

Arrowad Group conducted a study for assessing the impact of awareness programs on pilgrimage (the second phase - building development initiatives) for the benefit of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da'wah, and Guidance. A number of initiatives to develop Islamic awareness programs on pilgrimage have been deployed with the participation of more than one hundred experts.

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da'wah, and Guidance was established in 1993 as the main body in charge of all matters related to Islam, endowments, mosques, guidance, and Da'wah.

General Presidency for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice

Arrowad Group conducted a study for developing the Presidency’s field work. This study was part of a comprehensive strategy for the Presidency supervised by the Institute for Research and Strategic Studies at King Fahd University. More than 300 experts participated in the workshops more than eighteen hundred questionnaire responses were analysed.

The General Presidency for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice is an independent government agency is directly associated with the prime minister. The Presidency was established a Royal Decree 1980. The Presidency is headquartered in Riyadh.

Supreme Council of Justice

Arrowad Group conducted part of a major study for the Supreme Council of Justice to predict the courts need for judges. The study included scientific workshop for over 50 judges under the patronage of Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Humaid.

The history of the Supreme Council of Justice roots back to King Abdulaziz when he formed the administration of the judiciary in Mecca in 1343 AH, which was later renamed Presidency of the Judiciary.

Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

Arrowad Group has been embarking on a major project with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Republic of Yemen. The project includes capacity building programs for enhancing the higher education system in the Republic of Yemen through the appropriate utilization of ICTs.

Ministry of Education

Arrowad Group conducted a training program on Educational Project Management (EPM) for the Saudi Ministry of Education.

Arrowad Group also ran projects for training educational leader on how to improve education in the six Arab Gulf states and the Republic of Yemen. More than two hundred leaders in ministries of education benefited from those projects.
