Arrowad Group conducted the following two research studies for the Human Resources Development Fund:
- A study for measuring the level of wages in the private sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. More than 70 researchers shared their expertise in this project.
- A study on the causes of leakage of the employees hired by the Human Resources Development Fund. A wide survey that covered all 13 administrative regions in Saudi Arabia was conducted by a team of seventy researchers.
The Human Resources Development Fund was established in 2000 by the Council of Ministers Resolution number 107 and the Royal Decree number 18M dated August 2000 as an independent administrative and financial entity. The Fund concentrates on the Saudization of jobs in the private sector. The Fund is headquartered in Riyadh with branches in all geographical regions in the Kingdom.
