STC Chairman and MD Abdulaziz Alsugair alongside senior executives hosted Mr. Masaaki at STC headquarters in Riyadh. Both sides discussed the potential for a strategic partnership between STC and the Kaizen Institute to adopt Kaizen’s methodologies to implement sustainable enhancements across STC. The latter continually seeks to improve efficiency and is noted as the first recipient of the highly regarded King Abdulaziz Quality Award, which acknowledges excellence in maximizing quality, efficiency, and productivity across sectors within the Kingdom.
