Delivering Specialized Training Programs in Project Management

We carried out this project for the Saudi Electricity Company in order to contribute in the development of the professional skills and capabilities of the company’s employees in managing projects through organizing and providing training programs necessary to improve their skills and technical capabilities.

The following training programs were performed for 760 employees based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

• Communication management for project leaders.
