Institutional Excellence
Two projects, span a period of three years to instill a culture of creativity, innovation, and institutional excellence in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. The projects include awards and certification from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), the Arab Government Excellence Award, the King Abdulaziz Award for Quality (KAQA), and ISO. Other sample elements in the scope of work are establishing an internal excellence award program and developing institutional innovation indicators to align with the Institutional Innovation Survey from the General Authority for Statistics and the Global Innovation Index published by the World Intellectual Property Organization.
