Arrowad Group and the Office of Research Support and Operations at Washington State University (WSU) have signed a Collaborative Agreement to explore and conduct joint research in various fields. This agreement includes supporting environmental initiatives in waste management in Saudi Arabia, investing in research and development of textile waste recycling technologies and wearable technologies, developing educational curricula, and building strategic relationships with industrial partners in waste recycling. This aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

It is noteworthy that Washington State University is a public research university focused on research to improve quality of life, and it is classified as having the "Highest research activity" according to the Carnegie Classification 2021.
