The UN e-Government Development Index

In this project, we use Kaizen methodologies for continuous improvement, and the methodologies, models, and technologies for the UNDESA EGDI improvement, developed by the Arrowad Group companies and their partners, to develop a holistic approach that integrates eGovernance dimensions with Kaizen methods to create a Continuous Improvement system capable of achieving the aspirations of the DGA.

This project is commissioned to Kaizen Consulting to support the improvement projects within the government agencies to meet the standards of the 2024 UN e-Government Survey (i.e. the UNDESA E-Government Readiness Index and Survey) to provide insights upon which the constituents of the Survey are based, develop a strategy and roadmaps for the authorities to close the gaps, provide interactive dashboards depicting actual vs targeted status for each of these constituents, and establishing a continuous improvement system within concerned government agencies.
