Qualification for the Labor Market

We conducted this project for the Mawaddah Charitable Association to reduce divorce and its effects. This project aims to rehabilitate 25 women beneficiaries to enter the labor market by developing their abilities and skills in various fields, including job behavior and capabilities. This project includes the preparation of 12 training curriculum as well as executing the following programs:

• Managing time and priorities.
• Managing stress.
• Effective team work.
• Job behavior skills.
• Customer Service Basics.
• Secretarial principles.
• marketing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Basic skills for call center employees.
• Computer principles.
• Building a CV and excellence in job interviews.
