Improve Subscribers Experience
The Saudi Electricity Company has recently defined its Customer Experience (CX) strategy and transformation roadmap. The Company has defined strategic objectives to deliver a consistent experience across critical customer journeys via fit-for-purpose CX structure and customer-centric culture and using world-class digital capabilities to deliver CX digital products leveraging new ways of working. In this project, we supported the Saudi Electricity Company to accelerate Customer Experience talent building, upskilling, and changing the Company culture.
