Developing Specialized Training Kits

We conducted this project for the Saudi Real Estate Institute, this project aims to prepare and develop a set of training packages. Major meetings were held with stakeholders, hence the required role was understood during the construction and preparation processes. On top of that, they were also supported by real estate consultants to implement external arbitrations for the training content, in order to ensure quality and achieve the desired goal.

Due to the collaborated efforts between the pioneers and the Real Estate Institute, the following portfolios were built and developed:

• Real estate unit sorting platform.
• Real estate auction platform.
• Real estate brokerage platform.
• Real estate management curriculum.
• Owners association curriculum.
• In-kind registration.
