Effective Personal Productivity

We implemented this project for the benefit of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. This project aims to prepare and qualify seventy-five (75) of the commission’s employees in Riyadh and Jeddah by implementing the first level training of the integrated leader program “Successful Personal Productivity”, approved by the Leadership and Management International (LMI). Among the most important achievements are:

• Enable self-management capabilities, goal setting, and increased focus to maximize effectiveness.
• Increase self-motivation by changing attitudes, behaviors, and habits.
• Develop a written and specific plan of action for success.
• Development of administrative staff at the leadership and individual levels, and assisting them in solving the problems they face.
• Develop business skills, personal productivity, and team spirit.
