Empowering Corporate Values

We conducted this project for Giad Industrial Group in the city of Khartoum in the Republic of Sudan. This project aims to empower the value system of Giad Group employees by providing training programs specialized in values ​​for 1000 of its employees including leaders, engineers, technicians, and administrators. Among the outputs of this project are the following:

• Files embodying the value system of the Giad Industrial Group (innovation, environmental education, synergy, solidarity, credibility, and commitment).
• Preparing five training curricula including a training package for each value.
• Measuring and practicing awareness.
• Value practice bank.
• Preparing a training curriculum entitled with “The Path to Success and Happiness (Values ​​and Skills)” for employee families.
