My Son, My Daughter and Myself

We conducted this project for the Mawaddah Charitable Association to reduce divorce and its effects. This project aims to rehabilitate 240 women beneficiaries to enter the labor market by developing their abilities and skills in various fields, including job behavior and capabilities. This project included the preparation of 12 Training curricula as well as training the following programs:

• Managing priorities and time.
• Managing stress.
• Effective teamwork.
• Job behavior skills.
• Customer Service Basics.
• Secretarial principles.
• Marketing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Basic skills for call center employees.
• Computer principles and basics.
• Building a CV and excellence in job interviews.
