Professional Development Experts

We executed this project for the Ministry of Education, to contributing to the Human Resource Development axis by identifying qualified experts in the field of administrative professional development for the General Administration for Human Resources Development. We conducted numerous training programs and workshops to analyse the expected needs of the experts and develop qualification programs. Among the key achievements of the project are:

• Enhancing the performance of employees in terms of quality and quantity.
• Empowering experts in various sectors of the main apparatus and sub-departments to manage employee performance development.
• Creating a professional relationship between managers and employees based on a developmental process to enhance and improve their performance.
• Developing the relationship of the General Administration for Human Resources Development with the main sectors and sub-departments in the field of individual development and performance improvement.
