Tourism Skills Development

We implemented a number of projects for the benefit of the Ministry of Tourism. The projects aimed at developing the skills of sixty-five thousand (65,000) entrepreneurs, current and prospective workers in tourism services. The training consisted of fifty-seven (57) programs delivered for various beneficiary categories including tourism organizers, tour guides, tourism agencies, museum workers, media professionals, and journalists.

Among the most important achievements of these projects are the following:

• Preparing 21 training curricula and specialized presentations.
• Delivering 43 online training programs.
• Delivering 13 programs face-to-face.
• The participation exceeded the target by more than 25%.
